Friday Harbor Welcome

Friday Harbor Welcome by Janet Rae Nesbitt of One Sister made using her Friday Harbor fabric line from Henry Glass.  This quilt is in the Making Waves pattern, purchased separately.  Use the drop down box to include the pattern. The star and boat blocks are pieced using Janet's crazy piecing technique: see demos at the top of the homepage and videos at the bottom of the homepage for more info on crazy piecing.  The bottom border is cut from the panel; there are two bottom borders per panel.  Kits include the panel, 9 fabrics for piecing TWO rows of boats, with one leftover to use in the Riding the Waves quilt if desired.  As show the quilt finishes 20" x 40".  With two rows of boats, it will finish 34" x 40".
